Activation of New Phone

Xfinity is not able to get my number transferred. They say my T-Mobile account number is incorrect. But it is correct. I had T-Mobile confirm the account number, billing address and port out code. Everything is 100% correct. 

The other issue is that I get a return label email that is blank. So how can I send you my old phone with a blank label?

I am regretting already switching to Xfinity. Everything that can go wrong is going wrong. Customer support is a joke, don't even waste your time on the chat. 

If these issues are not corrected within 24 hours, I will cancel all my accounts with Xfinity.
