Activating Apple Watch - any one else having issues?

This is my second Apple watch with XM and I've gone through so many problems with Activating my watch..My first watch came from T-mobile and Activated with no problems..Now I bring my Verizon watch and there's all type of Uh Oh problems..XM needs to get this fix ASAP..
