A complaint
I want to file a complaint. I recently changed my cable box after 11 years. I was told that I would receive a Galaxy Tab A9+ 5G tablet for free. I have had it for a little over a month and have not opened the box. Two days ago I received a bill for $22.77 from Xfinity Mobile, using a credit card I use for my cable account, thanking me for my payment. Whoever was doing the transaction never informed me that I would be enrolled and billed for mobile service. That person said the tablet was free. It seems to me that it is not free. You are now charging me for an item that I do not use and did not sign up for. I went to an Xfinity store and they told me that I could not return the tablet to them. I want to return the unopened pad and cancel my mobile account.

Here's the detailed steps to direct message us:
• Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Message” icon (upper right corner of this page)
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send your message
