$400 off promotion [Edited]
I bought a phone from them with $400 off promotion on payment arrangement I owed $868 (36 ish a month) and then ($468 after credit was applied $16.66 a month well I noticed that how much I owed kept going up, now that I’m 9 months from paying it off it says I owe $145 with credits or $311 if I cancel early. If I got $400 off how is my balance $311 without the credit if my balance is $145 with the credit??? Makes no sense.
