$400 not honored

Is this how you treat loyal customers? Transferred an existing Xfinity number to a brand new iPhone and was promised $400 off my bill (monthly payments) without trading in. Never came through. I’m a diamond member. Not happy with this. Been a loyal Xfinity customer for many years
