$30 for Two lines a scam
Was told it would be $30 for two lines, when the bill came it was $90. Still haven’t even received the SIM cards we paid for and used expedited shipping for (2-3 days shipping) it’s almost been three weeks and the store said they can’t do anything.

Normally a store can set you up with new SIM cards and you would ignore the ones sent via mail (if you ever do receive them). I know 2 lines unlimited is only $60 and that's a great deal if you use any amount of data. Most consumers severely underestimate their date use.
I would visit the store again and get this resolved on-site.
