3 weeks still uh oh with watch cell activation

3 weeks later and multiple
Tickets open for some reason that are still “pending” no call backs from any reps who “promised” to call to check in. I know others have had this issue for longer than I have, how has there not been a fix to this situation yet. For all the rude and incompetent service reps i should at least be able to exchange my 44mm series 4 for a new series 5 to see if that one will work. ChrisL has been the only semi helpful rep from the 15/20 other reps ive talked to.

After a long wait they finally fixed my issue and cellular now activated
