2-Year Military Mobile Promotion Showing as 1 Year- Military Status Verified, Need Resolution

Hi, I signed up for Xfinity Mobile in September 2025 under a promotion advertised as 2 years of free service for military members. At the time of signup, I was told that once my military status was verified, the account would automatically update to reflect the full 2 year term, or to call back if it didn't.

My military status has since been verified. However, my account still shows only a 1 year promotion.

I've gone through the following steps trying to resolve this:

- Visited an Xfinity store: staff confirmed they had no way to look up the specific promotion terms and was told to call xfinity instead
- Called Xfinity support: was told my account only has a 1 year promotion and that there's nothing they can do

That's not an acceptable resolution. I switched to Xfinity due to 2-year promotion and fulfilled my end of it by completing military verification. I would love someone who can actually pull up the original promotion terms from my September 2025 signup and correct my account accordingly. Can send more details available if needed. Thank you.
