$250 Prepaid Visa Gift Card never received
Hello,
I joined xfinity moblie October 2019 during a pomotional period whereby if I got an iphone and transfered my phone number I would recieve a $250 prepaid visa giftcard.
However as of today January 1st 2021, have not recieved it. I've had issues accessing my account and finally today was able to figure out what the issue was with customer service. This is what prompted me to check because it has been so long that it escaped my mind.
I checked on the reward redemption website and it said it this:
| 10/23/19 | $250 Prepaid Card | Q419 Apple | Returned Items | 3/3/20 |
I never recieved it in my mailbox or at my door, so I'm not sure how it was returned if it never came.
Is there anyway I can have the card shipped to me again?

My guess - It was not the reward card that was returned, it sounds like it was the item/phone that was returned to Xfinity Mobile? Therefore it did not meet the 90 day eligibility requirement.

Hello,
We are a long time Comcast/Xfinity customer and transferred 5 lines to Xfinity Mobile on November 30th. When placing the order we were told we would receive $250 off each iPhone AND a $200 gift card for each current line ported. I checked the Rewards Center and showed no rewards. We called customer service and they also said no rewards. I have to admit I getting a little frustrated. Does anyone have any advice?
