@XfinitySara Yes. I brought my phone and phone number over to a new line in December. A $200 prepaid card was part of that promotion. I have not received it and can not see it in the incentive tracker. When will I receive this?

With mobile promotion there is typically a 90 day activation process, meaning before the incentive is sent out you must maintain mobile service in good standings for a set period of time.
