200$ gift card

I set up a new line with Xfinity mobile and was told that my monthly payments would be 29$ and that I would receive a 200$ gift card after 90 days. Spent 2 hrs on the phone trying to get things figured out bc my monthly payment wasn't what was told and now I just received my gift card and jt is o ly for 100$.  What's up with that?
