$200 credit on BYOD plan in Nov 2024

Hi, I added a new line with  the Xfinity offer of $200 credit on BYOD, the plan details mentioned the offer is applicable to unlimited plan as well as by the gig, however its been more than 2 months and i dont see the offer credit on my bill. the customer care reps are now claiming it is not valid for by the gig line and they are not willing to share the plan details as well, it is disappointing to see Xfinity hiding the details and not doing a transparent business. 

I should be getting the offer credit on my by the gig plan as stated in the plan details.

Were you able to get any resolution? I am having the same problem and the chat "rep" has continued to argue with me that "It was never $200 BYOD." I signed up in November, and it absolutely WAS $200 per device. I'm glad to see I am not the only one dealing with this!

Hello, @user_cxuc5l sorry to hear you are also dealing with this. Could you please send our team a direct message with your full name and full address? To send a direct message:

1. In the top right corner, you'll see a little chat icon near the bell icon. Click the direct message icon

2. Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

3. In the 'To' line, type "Xfinity Support" there. A drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list (an "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line)

4. Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

5. Press Enter to send it. An official employee, such as myself or whoever is first available, will respond. Thanks!
