2 Payments Taken Out
Has anyone had luck getting a duplicate payment refunded? I was charged twice for my Xfinity Mobile account and the way I received a separate email for each payment makes me think it's going to viewed as purposeful.

• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send
