2 Free Smart watches for bring a Platinum member
I was called about a promotion for 300.00 off 2 free Smart watches. I went to the store and I purchased them I'm still not receiving my promo credit for both watches I'm being billed.
Then I was told by a Representative in the store when I was only going to buy 1 that if I buy 2 her Manager told her I would receive a 200.00 credit in 60 days in my e-mail.
I've called 3 times now and went to the store.
The Manager there said he noted my account they say they see it then they say they fixed it and I just called again and they said the same thing.
I would of never bought 2 if I knew this would of been a problem.
I have issues now with my phone if I'm on a call no one can get through and I can't call out if I'm on a call to make another call.
They said they did something to fix my Sim in the store but it's still not working. I have the Representative name in the store and Manager and phone representatives.
This has been nothing but problems
