14 Mbps Vs 25 Mbps Vs 600 kbps

Hi,
We have an Xfinity mobile account In addition to a Comcast business mobile account, However we are going to keep one of them and cancel the other. Since we travel a lot, so the main factor will determinate which one to keep is the international benefits associated with each one .

For Xfinity mobile it is clear that we will get 14 Mbps for the remainder of the bill cycle after 10 GB usage/month

But for Comcast business:

This page indicate that for international roaming we will get “speeds up to 25 Mbps” after using the 10GB high speed

But This page indicate that we will get “3G speeds” which is 600 kbps after using the 10GB high speed

SO which one is the correct one ?
25 Mbps is 42 times faster than 600 kbps

I have to know the truth so I can choose between  600 kbps Vs 14 Mbps Vs  25 Mbps !!
