$100 gift card promotion

I moved 6 lines over to Xfinity on 1/15/2024 with the promise of the $100 gift card per line after 90 days.  I had frequently checked up on it via chat and the 888-936-4968 customer service number that they always give to everyone as a solution.  I was told a couple of times that my card was sent to me via e-card.  I was also directed to 833-269-9036 which is the INCNNTIVE department which was no help and they directed me to the prepaid card services department at 866-385-8392 which is the department that send out e-cards to Xfinity customers.  It was confirmed that my email was never sent the cards as I was told.  They directed me to contact customer service to have them re-request the 6 cards and I should call. . . . . . you guessed it. . . . 888-936-4968.
