$100 gift card promotion transfering numbers and bringing own phones.

i am supposed to receive $100 visa cards for each line for transferring numbers and bringing my own phones. i transferred 4 numbers to xfinity mobile.we are using your service since Jan 6 2024 but i have not get yet. total is $400 visa cards. i called several times for this issue and they can see my promotion on my account but some how i didnt get yet. last time i called on 05/30/2024 they transfered me to xfinity mobile promotion center(8332699036) i spoke the agent Julie [Edited: "Personal Information"] and she created a ticket number [Edited: "Personal Information"]. could you please help me. thanks.
