Issue with my wife's pixel pro7

We cannot get her Widex hearing aid and app to pair. It has been a struggle in the past to get them paired now it does it when it wants to but still not on the app. I deecided to use my Samsung Galaxy phone and it paired perfectly first time. Please help and thank you!
