Change your voicemail PIN for Xfinity Voice (Answered)

Protect your security by updating your Xfinity Voice voicemail PIN, which serves as a password. You can change it by phone — anytime, day or night.

Additionally, if you're ever locked out of your voicemail, you can also use these options to change your PIN and regain access.

The PIN:

• Must be between four and eight digits.
• Must differ from the last four digits of your phone number.
• Can't be a single repeated digit (e.g, 11111, 22222, etc.).
• Can't be in order (e.g., 1234, 5678, etc.).
  
  

Change your voicemail PIN with your phone

1. Dial *99 or your Xfinity Voice number.
2. Enter your PIN.
   
   • If you're using voicemail for the first time, you'll be told to create a PIN and record a greeting.
3. Press 4 for personal options.
4. Press 2 for administrative options.
5. Press 1 for password change.
6. Follow the remaining steps to change your PIN.
