ANSWERED: Xfinity Home Phone Features Quick Reference Guide

​ ​​Depending on your Xfinity Voice plan, you can access to up to 11 of the most popular calling features:
*Not included with Xfinity Voice Unlimited Saver plan.

Note: Call Return, Repeat Dialing and Speed Dial are available in some areas (not all).

Quick-Dial Numbers

Xfinity Voice also supports these important, quick-dial numbers:
  • 911 – Emergencies
  • 988 – Suicide & Crisis Lifeline
  • 711 – Telecommunications Relay Service (TRS) for our customers who are deaf, hard of hearing or have a hearing or speech disability
  • 611 – Xfinity Voice tech support

Note: Keep in mind these numbers don’t work during a power outage, including 911.

**For your safety, your Caller ID information is always available when you call public emergency hotlines, poison control lines, and 911 services, even if you have Caller ID Blocking turned on.
