ANSWERED: Xfinity Home Phone Features Quick Reference Guide

Depending on your Xfinity Voice plan, you can access to up to 12 of the most popular calling features:

*Not included with Xfinity Voice Unlimited Saver plan.

Note: Call Return, Repeat Dialing and Speed Dial are available in some areas (not all).

Quick-Dial Numbers

Xfinity Voice also supports these important, quick-dial numbers:

  • 911 - Emergencies
  • 711 - Telecommunications Relay Service (TRS) for our customers who are deaf, hard of hearing or have a hearing or speech disability
  • 611 - Xfinity Voice tech support
  • 411 - Directory Assistance (you'll be charged a fee each time you use this feature)


Note: Keep in mind these numbers don’t work during a power outage, including 911.

You can turn your Voice features on or off at any time. Just press the star (*) button and the following numbers:

**For your safety, your Caller ID information is always available when you call public emergency hotlines, poison control lines, and 911 services, even if you have Caller ID Blocking turned on.
