Xfinity Mobile is a wireless network designed to save you money. You’ll stay connected no matter what with the nation’s best LTE network and the most WiFi hotspots. Here’s more of what you'll enjoy:

By the Gig:

Shared data on all By the Gig lines on your account whether you have a phone or a tablet.

Choose a minimum shared data amount. Cost is not pro-rated based on usage.

Includes 4G LTE data, and 5G access where coverage is available.

Includes high-definition streaming (720p on phones and 1080p on tablets) and 4G LTE personal hotspots.

Includes higher-quality cellular service in times with high network traffic, like in a crowded stadium.

LTE Data Saver is a feature available to all By the Gig lines when they are using 4G LTE data. Use Data Saver to limit streaming quality to standard resolution and personal hotspots to 600 kbps. Reducing your 4G LTE data consumption can help manage your monthly costs.

 
By the Gig: Restrictions apply. Requires a post-pay subscription to a residential Xfinity Internet service. Line limitations may apply. Initially limited to up to two lines under a device payment plan, pending activation of Internet service. Devices associated with these lines are shipped to the Internet service address on file. Equipment, international and roaming charges, taxes and fees, including regulatory recovery fees, surcharges, and other applicable charges extra, and subject to change. $25 per line monthly charge applies if the account does not maintain one of the following: Xfinity TV, Internet or Voice post-pay service. Unlimited:

Unlimited is available on any Xfinity Mobile line, whether you have a phone or tablet.

Multi-line pricing for Unlimited data is available for phone and tablets only. Total number of lines includes lines using By the Gig data. Nationwide network includes 5G and 4G LTE data.

Secondary devices on personal hotspots are limited to 600Kbps.

Includes standard-definition LTE streaming (480p) on all devices. 5G-capable Xfinity Mobile devices will also have the highest possible video resolution when connected to 5G.

Tablets

Tablets are eligible for By the Gig data and Unlimited data.

Cellular tablets count as a line of service on your account.

$10/line fee per month.

Lines used for tablets are included in total number of lines for multi-line pricing on Unlimited data.

Smart Watches

Visit an Xfinity Store to buy a new cellular Apple Watch or bring one you already own. Requires an Xfinity Mobile phone line.

You'll be charged $10/mo for each watch line, which includes unlimited talk and text. Data used by the watch is counted towards the host phone’s data plan.

Connected smart watches count as a line of service on your account.

What type of data plans does Xfinity Mobile offer?

We offer two data options — By the Gig or Unlimited. Get data for yourself or to share when you choose By the Gig. Unlimited data is great for those who need it.


How much will I pay per month?

With By the Gig, you pay for the data amount you choose for yourself or your group:

  • 1GB for $15 per month
  • 3GB for $30 per month
  • 10GB for $60 per month

If you select our Unlimited data option, the monthly price depends on how many phone lines you have on your account. The more lines you have, the lower your monthly cost per line. To get multi-line Unlimited pricing with our latest plan, you can upgrade your plan by heading to My Account online or in the app.

With our current price plan, here is what you will pay:

  • With one line: $45 per month
  • With two lines: $60 per month
  • With three lines: $90 per month
  • With four lines: $120 per month
  • For each additional line: $20 per line

Tablets (iPads)

Tablets are eligible for Unlimited or By the Gig. Tablet lines have a $10 monthly line fee per tablet and are included in multi-line pricing when you are on our latest price plan.


After 20GB of data usage, per line, speeds will be reduced. Currently, C-Band spectrum and Ultra Wideband data use do not contribute towards this 20GB data usage threshold.


As an Xfinity Mobile customer, you may qualify for up to 10 lines with your Xfinity Mobile account. In addition to your data charges, we apply monthly charges such as taxes and fees, which are based on your location. If you choose to purchase your device with a device payment plan or add the Xfinity Mobile Protection Plan, those amounts will be included in your bill as well. To give you a clear understanding of your monthly charges, we'll provide you with an estimated monthly bill before you check out.


How will I know when my service charges will start?

Your billing cycle starts the moment you activate your device, or seven days after device shipment — whichever comes first. Your card will automatically be charged 20 days after your billing cycle ends. Or, you can make a one-time payment after your billing cycle ends but before your card is automatically charged.


Here’s a sample of a billing timeline:

  • Dec. 6: Device ships
  • Dec. 13 (seven days later): Billing cycle begins
  • Jan.12: Billing cycle ends
  • Feb. 2 (20 days after your billing cycle ends): Payment is due

Is there a term contract I need to enter to receive services?

There is no term contract required when you sign up for Xfinity Mobile service. You can cancel service anytime without paying an early termination fee. Learn more about our satisfaction guarantee.


How can I monitor my data usage each month?

Keeping tabs on your data usage is a smart move. You can log into your Xfinity Mobile account to view your monthly data usage in the My Data section of the Activity page online or on the Xfinity Mobile app.


How do I switch my data option?

You can switch between Unlimited and By the Gig in your account. If you have By the Gig, you can also change to a different shared data amount when your needs change.


What devices do you offer?

We offer the latest and greatest devices from Apple, Google, Samsung and Motorola. We also have great accessories like wireless headphones and protective phone cases.


Can I bring my own phone number?

Yes. We accept phone numbers from all U.S. carriers so it's easy to transfer your number when you sign up for Xfinity Mobile.


Can I bring my own phone?

Yes, you may be able to bring your own device to Xfinity Mobile. Check your phone's compatibility and order a SIM card. At this time, you cannot bring your own tablet.


Can I use Xfinity Mobile outside the U.S?

When the travel bug bites, Xfinity Mobile has you covered. Add Global Travel Pass to any line on your account and you’ll pay a flat daily rate for calls, texts and data while you’re abroad in 170+ covered countries. Without Global Travel Pass, you’ll still be able to use your phone in 200+ countries at the pay-as-you-go rate.
