Fed up.
[Edited: "Inflammatory"] it's pretty sad all the [Edited: "Language"] that you have to go through to speak with a live person if your even able to speak to one at all. It would be so much simpler if you was actually able to speak to a live person instead of having to explain what your problem is to a robot. My days of using Xfinity are just about done. [Edited: "Inflammatory"]

We do offer multiple ways for you to speak with a live agent or specialist. You can call us at 1 (800) 934-6489 or 1-800-266-2278 or Chat with us through your Xfinity App or Online Portal through the Xfinity Assistance. You can text "help" to 266-278 with your cell phone to get help. Along with having our Xfinity Service Centers and tools available to our customers. I hope this provides you with a better way to get help next time you are in need of it.
