I need to speak to a Regional Manager [Edit: PII]
The lack of professionalism of Xfinity techs is well known but yesterday, it hit rock bottom. A subcontractor came. unannounced, and without my authorization, he opened my front lawn, leaving holes in his efforts to locate a line. Who is going to repair the damage? I dont even have the name of the [Edit: Inflammatory].
