Customer support absolutely sucks

I have not had TV service for three days now and I cannot get any customer support other than an AI generated chat system that does not provide me with options to resolve my problems. It would be nice to talk to a human being for once but apparently, this company no longer believes in such services. Maybe I should start charging them and absorbent fee like they do for every day that I don’t have service.
