Xfinitywifi hotspot down for 3 weeks straight.

My local Xfinitywifi hotspot that I have been using for months now is down. And has been for 3 weeks.

My issue isn’t complicated. All I ask is that someone looks into this. It seems like nothing will be done if not reported. Thank you!

also, I wanted to add tags to my post, but that gives me unexplained connection errors.

in case it’s not apparent, when I say it’s “down” I imply that it is offline, unreachable via any device,  and may require maintenance. This is not a client side issue.

the attached image is somewhat unrelated however, it’s just a screenshot of what happens every time I attempt to add a tag to my post.
