Xfinity Support

Bots can be wonderful. Not when you need a real person to do tech stuff on the backend.

I need help escalating an existing unresolved Xfinity Mobile technical support ticket involving a repeat network/provisioning failure with multiple unsuccessful support contacts.

My conditional call forwarding is not working correctly. I use YouMail for voicemail, but unanswered calls continue to terminate in Xfinity voicemail even though the forwarding commands are accepted.

This same issue was restored on August 21 and failed again shortly afterward. I have already spent several hours with support across multiple contacts, including being told the issue would be fixed within two hours when it was not, and being disconnected during another support call.

I am not looking to restart basic voicemail troubleshooting. I need this escalated to the appropriate Xfinity Mobile network/provisioning team and tied to my existing support ticket.

Hello user_6dhnh3! Thank you for bringing your concern to our community, and you're in the best place for help! I know how crucial it would be for your Xfinity Mobile call forwarding to be working as it should, so know we'll do everything needed to get you back in working shape 👍

If you've already tried reaching out to our standard Xfinity Mobile support team and the issue is persisting, we'll want to dig deeper on this for you as soon as possible. If you could send our team a direct message with your full name, the name listed on the account (if different), and the full service address associated with your account, we'd be glad to troubleshoot this further with you.

How to Send Us a Direct Message:

  1. Click "Sign In" if necessary.
  2. Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or visit Xfinity Direct Messaging.
  3. Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon.
  4. In the "To:" line, type "Xfinity Support".
