Xfinity mobile
I'm putting a review for xfinity mobile services. I have been w/ xfinity mobile about a year. 2 week ago my Samsung sr24 esim card started to not work. I was unable to make or receive calls nor text. I called tech support and spent 4hrs on the phone with no solution. I called back the next day several to trouble shoot more they still couldn't get the phone to work. They opened a ticket and said my issue will be resolved in 3 to 7 days. Never heard back from anyone. So I went to the xfinity store where they stated they never seen this issue. They suggested i go to the cooperate store. So I had an old iPhone 12 I bought it with me. The corporate store put in a physical sim. The phone worked for a few hours. Most of the time I get an so signal. No one has been able to help. I just keep getting bumped around. I plan on leaving xfinity and I suggest if you are seeing this post the rumors are to xfinity is terrible. The don't strive to change. Also they charged me 2 activation fees last week. This happened during the trouble shooting. It's been 2 weeks and I have no answer and no working phone. PLEASE RUN!
