Xfinity mobile

Unless I connect to my apartment Wi-Fi my cell service does not work. It will work for a minute then stop on cellular. At first when I signed up for xfinity it said 5G; days later it says LTE only. I believe I’m given downgraded service though I paid for the top service.

Thank you for reaching out to us @user_gl5sqt! I completely understand being concerned about your mobile services not working unless connected to Wi-Fi. Does this only happen while in your apartment or does this issue happen outside too?
