Xfinity Mobile Problem
Hello, a worry I am having is that my brother who used to live in the same address as me had xfinity internet for a while, but this year got it shut off due to an unpaid balance that he has under his name and this address. I tried setting up my own xfinity internet under me name and ssn but same address and got it cut off after a week even though his unpaid balance has nothing to do with me. I also set up xfinity mobile under my name, ssn, and address and was wondering it they would get cut off due to what he owes?

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it.
