Xfinity mobile port in stuck in limbo
I initiated porting into Xfinity mobile and the nightmare started there and I’m still without my phone line 2 days later. Inspite of 10+ hours over calls and chats the phone is still stuck is limbo. Every call/chat end with assurance that it will be fixed in next hour , 24 hours later, nothing has worked out. How do I fix it - I can’t port out since the line is not active in Xfinity . Is getting a new phone number not the only way out ??? Are there any support members here to help me out ?

To send a Direct Message:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Messaging chat" icon
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list that appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send it

That's nothing. I once ported to Visible and lost use of my number over 2 weeks. They said something went wrong with the port and they needed an engineer to fix it. I think the phone worked, but not txt and got all messed up. I could not log into my banking sites and other things as could not get the txt codes.
Good luck, my port to Xfinity took 5 minutes, so I lucked out.
