Xfinity Mobile - no service when outside USA. 26 days and counting.

I ported to Xfinity Mobile May 25th. I travel outside the US every week(lip service won't fix the issue). My phone has NEVER had service when outside the US. I've spent hours on the phone with tech support - resetting network settings, reinstalling eSIM, and getting a lot of run around. 

I filed FCC complaint and got a call from someone in Corporate Executive Resolution - said they would look into it.., this was 2 weeks ago and its still not fixed and I've numerous emails and left phone messages. Still no resolution. More lip service.

Last week at 9am got a call from someone at Mobile asking if I was still having issues. YES!! He said someone would call me back in 1 hour. Here I am a week later still waiting on that phone call.

Why is it so hard for Xfinity to fix the issue? Customer service is atrocious.

Since it appears nobody at Xfinity is competent enough to fix this, I bought a 2nd line from US Mobile which works flawlessly is every country I've been to. The issue isn't my phone its Xfinity system issue.

The best customer service was at the actual Xfinity Store, when I explained everything to her, her solution to the problem was "port out." :) :)

I believe I'm at 14+ tickets now.
