Xfinity Mobile international data not working on Premium unlimited plan

I am on the premium unlimited plan and had confirmed with support while in the states that my lines are good for data roaming internationally.

Once I started my trip, the data worked for couple of days and stopped working on both lines due to some unknown reason.

Have chatted and spoke to xfinity support multiple times - they checked account and everything looks good. I have the global travel pass active and haven't crossed my allowed data usage limits. Have turned airplane mode on/off,  restarted phone, reset network settings, selected network manually but nothing seems to resolve my issue.

Can you please help guide if and how can I get the data working again - this is really troublesome.
