Xfinity mobile Global Travel Pass and NO service in UK

I have Xfinity mobile and travelled to the UK then Enrolled with the Global Travel Pass while in the UK. I have No Service so cannot receive calls or text from USA. I donot what has to be done. Called Xfinity a few times BUT not getting anywhere. It's really important to  sort this out as I am expecting importamt calls from USA.

user_8zkmlw Hello! If you have not already done so, we would suggest following these steps on adding the Global Travel Pass to your Xfinity Mobile account.

How do I add Global Travel Pass to a line?
To add Global Travel Pass to any phone line on your account through the Xfinity app:


1. Sign in to the Xfinity app.
2. Click the Services tab.
3. Go to Mobile lines and data usage in the Mobile services card.
4. Choose the phone line you want to add the Global Travel Pass to.
This takes you to the line details screen.
5. Scroll to Plan Features, click Get Global Travel Pass, and go through the prompts.
You will get a confirmation screen when you successfully add Global Travel Pass.
6. Make sure your device is enabled for data roaming.
 You must do this through your device’s settings.

I talked to support and was told that the Global Travel Pass will work after one billing cycle ??  Is this right ?? I have been on support calls for hours BUT nothing has been resolved. I hope someone at Xfinity can help and resolve my problem of turning on the International services for receiving calls from USA

I called xfinity and they set it up.

Have you heard about "Global Travel Pass will NOT work before one billing cycle  " ?

@user_8zkmlw This is strange indeed as you should be able to use your phone and connect to Wi-Fi. We can check on the activation timeframe. Are you able to log into your XFINITY account through a different device to confirm that pass is on your account?

Can you make sure roaming is turned on and confirm this for us?

When your device is enabled on an international network, you get a text message to let you know if the country is eligible for a Global Travel Pass. If it is, you are prompted to call 1-720-728-5462 toll-free to add a pass or get details of the costs of data. If the country is not eligible, you receive an alert with details of the cost of data.

@XfinityKei​ I logged into Xfinity Mobile on my Macbook and my 2 lines has Global Travel Pass. Both the lines have the roaming is turned on . I am in UK now.  I have a 2nd esim on my iphone which is a UK esim. I donot know if having 2 esims is a problem.   

I never got a text message about the global travel pass.   

When I talked to Xfinity support yesterday,  they asked me re-activate the esim BUT that never worked.
