Xfinity Mobile calls go directly to VM

I have a iPhone my incoming calls go directly to VM sometimes no rhyme or reason. I have to reboot phone to get calls. This is unacceptable and dangerous I can’t rely on getting emergency calls in or out if needed. I know that is an ongoing issue with Xfinity Mobile. I will go to war over this with them. I used to work for the mothership Comcast. I know how squeaky the wheel needs to be before it gets grease. Please I don’t want to go that route.
