Xfinity Mobile Address for Formal Complaint
I connected with Xfinity via online chat to purchase a new phone and watch. They offered me $400 discount off the phone and $300 discount off the watch. Apparently, the CSR either did not enter this correctly or gave me an offer that I didn't qualify for. Either way, it was their fault, not mine. They manually applied credits to my bill to fix the problem and promised they would reoccur until the devices are paid in full. EVERY month since then I have has to call Xfinity for this adjustment. It's getting ridiculous spending 1/2 hour every month on this.
I need to make a formal complaint in writing. What is the address for Xfinity?

Hello Peter72 I am sorry to hear that the offered promo was not correctly applied to the account. Sounds like nothing was put in place that would issue a monthly credit. Which as far as I'm aware is not an option we can do anyway. Which explains having to call each month. We can get this escalated to our Xfinity Mobile Corporate Escalations to review. They can typically issue larger one time credits to avoid having to call each month depending on the issue. Please send us a direct message with your full name and service address and we can get this submitted to them.

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

Trying to have the pedestal in my front yard that was placed by Comcast, replaced or removed. All the pedestals in the neighborhood are in deplorable condition which leaves me to believe that they are no longer necessary. If they were a liability or needed the company would have addressed the problem, long ago!
I have submitted a work order on February 20, 2026, and have written a letter to the corporate offices, which I mailed on February 23, 2026. I have also contacted our city to complain about the situation on behalf of our neighborhood, this complaint will be addressed by our city council member. Please see that this is forwarded to correct person in order for the problem to be handled appropriately.
Thank You!
