Xfinity ESIM [Edited]

I just spent a ton of time typing a really long detailed explanation of my issues only for the page to crash getting rid of all of my progress. A perfect representation of my Xfinity experience the past 2 weeks.

they got rid of the eSIM on my phone and put it on a phone I have in transit (a new one I ordered). So I can’t use texting, phone calls, or mobile data. I can’t even use the phone number on my account. This is unacceptable and they scheduled an email conversation a day from now, but it won’t even get fixed.

i can’t get a new eSIM, it always gets stuck processing activation, both in store and online. They won’t compensate me, and expect me  to ignore the fact that I cannot use my 1000+ dollar phone.
