Xfinity ESIM [Edited]

I just spent a ton of time typing a really long detailed explanation of my issues only for the page to crash getting rid of all of my progress. A perfect representation of my Xfinity experience the past 2 weeks.

they got rid of the eSIM on my phone and put it on a phone I have in transit (a new one I ordered). So I can’t use texting, phone calls, or mobile data. I can’t even use the phone number on my account. This is unacceptable and they scheduled an email conversation a day from now, but it won’t even get fixed.

i can’t get a new eSIM, it always gets stuck processing activation, both in store and online. They won’t compensate me, and expect me  to ignore the fact that I cannot use my 1000+ dollar phone.

btw, they won’t even let me put the issue tag on this post

I'm terribly sorry that you have been dealing with this trouble and not having the service on your phone. Not having your mobile phone can be debilitating.
