Xfinity customer over 10 years

Had the worst experience ever today had issues with a new iPhone 16 and tried calling.. the message said there was an outage in my area and hung up on me. I know outages don’t not effect cellular phones but was not given an option to speak with a representative. Finally got through at 5 pm. Spent an hour and a half on the phone with support trying to get service restored to my wife’s phone. It was xfinity mistake that caused the issue and when I asked to speak with a manager or supervisor was kept on hold then I was offered a $10 credit on my account. I feel insulted after being a loyal customer for over ten years that I was treated with unprofessional disdain. I am considering switching my cellular, internet and cable provider
