Xfinity Can’t Find My Mobile Account?

I have Xfinity mobile. My phone works. I use it everyday.

I moved & transferred my service.

I went from traditional home service to a community with bulk services.

It was a headache. And over the course of 2-3 months, my Xfinity account was spilt into multiple “temporary” accounts.

My mobile account disappeared. The login that I was using showed the account as inactive. Now that login doesn’t work at all apparently.

Xfinity is unable to locate my actual mobile account.

For about a year, I have spent the same amount of time as I would spend having a part-time job ….trying to find my Xfinity mobile account.

Fast forward to last week: An Xfinity employee said they had found the original mobile account & ordered new phones.

Apparently, Nope. It was new mobile service.

All I would like is my Xfinity mobile account number and a way to access that mobile account from an Xfinity ID.

My honest fear is that somehow Xfinity will do what Xfinity does best & screw something up……by disconnecting a phone number I have had for 20+ years (no offense to anyone specifically, I mean Xfinity as a corporation).

I am reaching out to the Xfinity mobile community for advice. Has anyone else had this issue and successfully came out on the other side?
