WORST
They don’t [Edited: "Language"] about helping you ! They made me waiting a month just for nothing to still be done. I wish I would never had switched my phone ! They wait until the day before Christmas to tell me [Edited: "Language"] and they can’t help me until Monday. I will have no phone for the holidays ! [Edited: "Inflammatory/Language"]

Thank you for reaching out to us @user_6t6lta! I can understand needing your phone working as soon as possible. I personally have family members that rely on my phone for emergency purposes. Monday is a long time to go without a phone. Did the agents mention what was currently being done and why it would take until Monday to complete?
