WORST SERVICE EVER

I am submitting a formal complaint regarding multiple unresolved issues with my Xfinity Mobile account. Before my free-line promotion expired on September 25, 2026, I contacted Xfinity multiple times because I did not want my monthly bill to increase. I was specifically told that a new promotion would become available around the time my existing promotion expired and that I should contact Xfinity again at that time to receive assistance with the best available option. I followed those instructions. I was later told that no new promotion was available and that the earlier information was incorrect. I also received written statements from Xfinity representatives saying my account would be reviewed and that I would receive confirmation regarding my bill “remaining the same.” This review was documented under ticket #908718551063221317. I am now being charged approximately $45 per month for the Mobile Plus line after my $10 multi-product discount, plus approximately $29.17 in monthly device payments and applicable taxes. This billing issue is occurring in addition to months of unresolved slow-data and service problems. I also have an ongoing investigation concerning my mobile number being changed without my authorization. I have contacted Xfinity repeatedly and have spent considerable time attempting to resolve these issues. I was recently told by a supervisor that the previous promotion cannot be reinstated and that there are no additional promotions available. I am not requesting that Xfinity improperly reapply an expired promotion. I am requesting a formal review of the misinformation I received, my reliance on that information, the ongoing service problems, and the unauthorized number-change investigation. I am requesting: 1. A review of the previous written representations made to me regarding a new promotion and my bill remaining the same. 2. A recurring billing adjustment, retention credit, or comparable solution that reduces my monthly Mobile line cost without eliminating my existing device credits. 3. A review of my unresolved service-quality issues. 4. A status update on the unauthorized number-change investigation. 5. A written response explaining Xfinity’s resolution. I prefer all communication by email rather than phone. I can provide screenshots of my prior Xfinity conversations and ticket documentation upon request.

It would be nice if Xfinity could fix the web page so the entire post can be read.

I feel like they do it on purpose to censor people. Just wished they actually did something instead of giving people the run around expecting waste your time.
