wifi hotspots

Xfinity Mobile and xfinitywifi don't always show up on my Samsung phone and tablet. they used to. i have checked my settings and reinstalled the Xfinity app. sometimes they show up but then shortly after disappear. i need access to a hotspot when i am at my job.
