@user_8z61e9 Yes! You can use Wi-Fi calling. Just go into your phones setting for Cellular and enable it. You'll then be presented with a E911 form to fill out and accept. It's self explanatory.
No, this is not working for me. I always get a message "Unable to activae Wi-Fi calling at this time. Pleas try again later." I have tried with several S24 series phones, and none have been able to connect to WiFi calling. The staff at the Xfinity store are puzzled and unable to fix.
This problem seems to have existed for years. Does Xfinity have any plans to fix it?
@user_7vjjpc Just to clarify, when you go to set up the Wi-Fi calling, are you selecting Connections in the settings and then toggling it on from there? I definitely understand how important it is to have Wi-Fi calling, I have family that live out of cell reception and rely on Wi-Fi calling when I am visiting them. Also, just to confirm, this is a Xfinity Mobile device?
