wifi calling on Iphone

In the past 2 months my WIFI calling capabilities have diminished.  Calls drop frequently and other calls are interrupted with blank pauses.  Need some tech help please.  Seems that there are no live people that can be called these days.

user_9obfso Thanks for posting on our Community Forums. Have you noticed any other connection or speed issues with your internet outside of the WiFi calling?

Speed varies of course.  I tested yesterday and it was around 200mbs.  Today 325mbs.  Not sure if that has an effect on calling.  ???  Thanks.

@user_9obfso Are you on your home network or another? What is the maximum output of the Wi-Fi network you are on? Tell what troubleshooting steps you've tried so far? For example, have you checked your device for recent updates? Does toggling the Wi-Fi calling off and on have any effect?

I have toggled on/off.  same results.  just spotty call quality.

user_9obfso Thank you for testing toggling the option off and back on. What type of device are you using when making the calls? Does it seem to be worse at certain times of the day? Do you notice any other devices having issues with the internet when the call quality is poor?
