Warning about data usage when I pay for unlimited

I pay for an unlimited plan but yesterday I got an email that I was approaching my 20 gb limit and that my speeds would slow down if I went over. ???

For the Premium Unlimited plan, customers can enjoy 100 GB of data without it slowing down, while the standard Unlimited plan provides 30 GB of data.
