Voicemail missing from Samsung AP on Samsung A53 phone then mysteriously appears weeks after it was made !

I got a voicemail on Feb 27 2026. It wasn't till after I played it, on March 15th, that a voicemail dated Feb 9 showed up.

On February 2025 a voicemail dated Jan 1st appeared.

I chatted+talked for 2+ hours to Support.

1. I powered down my phone.

2. Kelly immediately left me a voicemail.

3. I powered up my phone and the voicemail from Kelly was not there .

4. I deleted the Samsung voicemail AP and restarted it.

5. The voicemail still was not there.

6. It was then I said that's a BUG . No way should voicemail NOT be sync'd when launching the Samsung AP.
