Voicemail Greeting strange problem

My number was transferred from Verizon to Xfinity Mobile more than a year ago.

When people call me, they get the voicemail greeting I had when I was with Verizon !!

I have used Xfinity mobile instructions and changed my voicemail greeting to a new greeting, but callers still get the old greeting.

Can someone in Xfinity mobile help get this fixed ?

What do you mean ? How does the phone control the voicemail greeting that a caller hears ?
