Voice mail not working

I see the voice mail notification,  but after a minute or so it says "something went wrong contact customer support"

 All updated and restarted

Let's try these specific steps to kick-start the connection:

  • Reset Network Settings: Go to Settings > General Management > Reset > Reset Network Settings. Note: This will disconnect your Wi-Fi and Bluetooth, so you'll need to reconnect those.
