Visual VM for my new Samsung S24
I need help getting my new S24 to show my voice messages visually. This weekend we were away and I could not get my messages via *86 and it was very frustrating that I couldn't at least see who the messages were from.
I have another phone (a Pixel) on my Xfinity account and it has no issues getting VVM. There has to be a solution for my S24.

@ps17 You'll need to download the Xfinity Mobile Voicemail app here; Xfinity Mobile Voicemail
If you have trouble, check out this Xfinity Reddit support thread; https://www.reddit.com/r/Comcast_Xfinity/comments/1afy3uo/xfinity_mobile_visual_voicemail/?rdt=47602

The lack of response from Xfinity tells me that there is no solution. Such a shame since I am stuck with a phone without this important feature for 24 more months.

Download the Google Phone app and use that as your dialer. The Visual Voicemail works on that.

Update. This morning I was having issues making and receiving calls so I took a drive over to the local Xfinity store. It was 9am so the line was short. My technician knew right away what caused my issue. Apparently my phone was setup to use an esim card rather than a physical card even though the directions when setting up my new S24 said to insert the Sim card from my old phone. He removed the card and installed the ecard. Suddenly, all my issues with dropped calls and visual voicemail were solved. Thank you the technician at the Danvers Massachusetts store

I gave up on Xfinity Visual Voicemail for my S22 long ago. I am now using Youmail for voicemail on top of the native Samsung phone dialer without issue. I have VM transcription and greater control over outgoing messages, not that I get many non-spam voicemails. I know there are other apps out there as well, but Xfinity appears to have discontinuedits own app.

Seems strange that Samsung doesn't have an option on their phones for visual voicemail. Apple has is, Pixel has it. Why all the hoops? It's 2024! I would think that this would be built in on all phones nowadays.

My Pixel is a dual SIM phone with AT&T and Xfinity Mobile. My Xfinity Mobile Visual Voicemail only works if I enable Xfinity data. Sad part is my data SIM is at&t.
Oddly enough at&t visual voicemail works fine on Xfinity Mobile data.
My post is so you have mobile data enabled on Xfinity Mobile?

My visual voicemail is not working on any of my samsumg S20 plus phones or on my S8.
No one seems to have an answer.
Is the app being fixed? It would be nice to know since I have seen thousands of angry messages out there on the net about this.
