@user_37jd0x Thanks for connecting with us here about the trouble with the old mobile number on your account. Do you have a Xfinity ID with an email associated with your account? If so, you can access that way. I can see how it would be an issue if you have two-step verification enabled. Here: https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/two-step-verification-xfinity-app-setup is more information on that. We may be able to assist here if you have an email associated with your account.
